On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Full-time, day shift.
