Stainless steel welder — Ola Oluwa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Ola Oluwa, Osun State. The job is at a busy fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Your main tasks: • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer Six days a week, one day off.
