Reinforcement fitter — Clinton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Clinton County, Missouri. You will work at a precast concrete yard. You will cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $27 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
