Mechanical press operator — Poweshiek County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Poweshiek County, Iowa. You will work on the press shop floor. On a typical shift you will operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
