Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
