You should have: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading The role involves: • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
