Heavy equipment operator (dozer) • Brown County, Minnesota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Brown County, Minnesota. You will work on a road construction project. Requirements: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels The role involves: • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
