Gypsum plasterer wanted in Bethel Census Area

Now hiring: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Bethel Census Area, Alaska. What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Day-to-day duties: • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster We offer $210 per day plus benefits.
