Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium door and window fabricator in Washington County, Maine. You will be based at a busy aluminium fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes Your main tasks: • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing • Load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
