Shuttering carpenter — Sterling County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Sterling County, Texas. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. On a typical shift you will box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
