Ideal candidate: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Your main tasks: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
