Great opportunity: we are hiring a commercial painter in Greensville County, Virginia. The role involves: • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
