Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Ori Ire, Oyo State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On the job you will handle: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Full-time, day shift.
