Urgent requirement: pot washer (Wisconsin)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Waushara County, Wisconsin. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Your main tasks: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures 1+ years on the tools preferred. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
