The role involves apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits.
