Immediate opening: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Greene County, Virginia. You will deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports. Requirements: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions 1+ years on the tools preferred.
