Join our team: scaffolding charge hand (Scotland)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. On a typical shift you will fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage We offer £2,550 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
