We are recruiting: mobile crane operator (Mississippi)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in DeSoto County, Mississippi. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • A good head for heights for tower crane work The role involves: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone Full-time with occasional weekends.
