Join our team: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Chautauqua County, Kansas. You should have: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets You will check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts.
