Finish carpenter • Skamania County, Washington

Great opportunity: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Skamania County, Washington. The job is on a busy construction site. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Your main tasks: • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw Pay around $2,500 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
