The role involves clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers. Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Own brushes and basic hand tools 6+ years on the tools preferred. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
