Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Hamilton County, Kansas. The job is at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
