Vacancy available: gang bricklayer (Wales)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Torfaen County Borough, Wales. You will work at a groundworks and structures site. The role involves bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod. What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day 1+ years on the tools preferred.
