Vacancy available: we are hiring a tig welder in Arochukwu, Abia State. You will be based in a food and dairy equipment factory. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Day-to-day duties: • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run Part-time with flexible hours.
