Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Kent County, Maryland. The job is at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Full-time, day shift. $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
