Coating plant operator wanted in Polk County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Polk County, Tennessee. You will be based at an automotive components factory. The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
