Back-of-house cleaner — Pope County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Pope County, Illinois. You will be based in a hospital canteen. The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
