Great opportunity: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Floyd County, Georgia. You will be based on a new-build development. Requirements: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Day to day you will building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $22 per hour plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
