Structural MIG welder wanted in Goronyo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Goronyo, Sokoto State. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc Ideal candidate: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
