We are recruiting: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Wexford County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays You should have: • Valid digital tachograph card • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules 4+ years on the tools preferred.
