Elevator service technician — Hancock County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Hancock County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments What we are looking for: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
