Great opportunity: we are hiring a finishing presser in Mkpat Enin, Akwa Ibom State. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases On the job you will handle: • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Give each garment a final press before packing • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₦270,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
