Grill cook wanted in Igalamela-Odolu

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Igalamela-Odolu, Kogi State. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
