Urgent requirement: captain waiter (South Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Charleston County, South Carolina. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. On a typical shift you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; clear and reset tables between covers; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 3+ years on the tools preferred. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
