Urgent requirement: maintenance painter (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Union County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities You should have: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application 6+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
