Production machine operator wanted in Grand Traverse County

Now hiring: we are hiring a production machine operator in Grand Traverse County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing Ideal candidate: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
