Production welder — Potter County

Now hiring: we are hiring a production welder in Potter County, South Dakota. The job is in a heavy engineering unit. You will weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
