Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
