We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Woodford County, Kentucky. The job is in a coffee shop. You will check back during the meal and handle special requests; clear and reset tables between covers; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Part-time with flexible hours.
