Great opportunity: single needle operator (Pennsylvania)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a single needle operator in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. Day-to-day duties: • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers What we are looking for: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Full-time with occasional weekends.
