Join our team: trainee butcher (Arizona)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Greenlee County, Arizona. The role involves keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
