Immediate opening: we are hiring a packer in Pamlico County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets • Able to follow health and safety procedures • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities Day-to-day duties: • Check best-before and expiry dates on every box • Feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets • Separate rejects and re-pack faulty units • Wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack Part-time with flexible hours.
