Cnc lathe operator wanted in Grimes County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Grimes County, Texas. You will work in a tool room. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Day-to-day duties: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Write and edit G-code programs at the control At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
