Lathe operator — Switzerland County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe operator in Switzerland County, Indiana. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. On a typical shift you will key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; set up and start the machine as per the job card; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches. You should have: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
