Bakery assistant — Anambra East

Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Anambra East, Anambra State. You will be based at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
