Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts The role involves fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $30 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
