Wood machinist wanted in Alpine County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a wood machinist in Alpine County, California. Day to day you will fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists. You should have: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage 3+ years on the tools preferred.
