Great opportunity: aluminium TIG welder (Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Giles County, Virginia. You will sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided.
