Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Clarke County, Alabama. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards.
