Great opportunity: we are hiring a house painter in Haywood County, Tennessee. The job is at a busy decorating firm. Your main tasks: • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job Requirements: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
